1. Scope of Work: 
The PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT will meet at the agreed time and location, confirmed 7 days prior to the session. Refer to the invoice for details on products and fees.

2. Retainer and Payment: 
A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure the session. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the session. No services will be rendered until full payment is received.

3. Work Product: 
Digital photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within 6 weeks after the shoot. Photos will be high-resolution JPEGs; RAW files are not included. The gallery will be available for 14 days for downloads.

4. Rescheduling and Late Arrivals: 
Clients may reschedule for emergencies with at least 7 days' notice, or a rescheduling fee of $50 applies. Late arrivals will have their session time reduced accordingly.

5. Cancellation: 
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.

6. Indemnification: 
The PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible for missed moments or issues out of their control. The CLIENT agrees to indemnify the PHOTOGRAPHER against any claims arising from the session.

7. Permissions: 
The CLIENT will obtain necessary permissions for the location of the shoot. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or inability to shoot.

8. Copyright and Model Release: 
The PHOTOGRAPHER retains copyright of all images. All images remain the property of Pearl Moments Photography. The CLIENT grants permission for the PHOTOGRAPHER to use images for promotional purposes.

9. Social Media and Personal Use License: 
The CLIENT may share images online with credit to the PHOTOGRAPHER but may not alter or use them for commercial purposes.

10. Additional Products: 
Any additional services or merchandise not included in this agreement will be billed at current prices.
